Terms and Conditions

1. Programming Fees Included.
Prices quoted for remotes WITH “Programming included” are all inclusive. NO additional programming fees will be assessed. The total purchase price INCLUDES the price for written programming instructions and/or an appointment with a KeylessRide service technician for guidance through the programming procedure. Prices quoted for remotes WITHOUT “Programming Included” do NOT include programming fees. These remotes cannot be programmed without special equipment and MUST be taken to your local dealership for programming.

2. 30-day Satisfaction Guarantee.
Customers that are not completely satisfied can return their remotes within thirty days of receipt for a refund. Unsatisfied customers will be refunded their total purchase price less shipping and handling fees as stated on the receipt. Customers that have scheduled an appointment and successfully performed the programming procedure with a KeylessRide service technician will also be assessed a programming fee that will be deducted from the refund. Programming procedures are "successful" if a service technician is able to enter the vehicle-programming mode with the customer. Programming fees will NOT be assessed if a service technician is unable to enter the vehicle-programming mode. Please note that we will not accept any returns without an RMA number. NO EXCEPTIONS. 3. Liability.
Customer assumes all responsibility for any personal injury or damages to the vehicle associated with the operation or programming of the remote.

4. 90-day Warranty.
Customers experiencing problems with their remotes within 90 days of receipt are entitled to additional programming and troubleshooting services with one of our service technicians. If a service technician is unable to correct the problem, a replacement remote will be sent upon receipt of the defective unit. Please note that we will not accept any returns without an RMA number. NO EXCEPTIONS. Please see our return policy for more info.

5. Shipping.
Unless otherwise requested, all packages will be sent via USPS with delivery confirmation. Average delivery times using USPS Priority Mail range between 3 and 5 days.
