Question: How and why does it work?
Answer: Fortunately, most people are good honest individuals who usually want to do the right thing. The other small percentage will usually realize that the keys are worthless to them and find the reward incentive is worth the effort of returning your keys. We've made it as convenient as it gets for the finder to return your keys. They simply have to drop the keys in any U.S. Postal mailbox or even there own mailbox and the keys will be returned to our office. We will then identify you as the owner of the keys and immediately contact you and ship them to your registered address.

Question: Is there a service fee for found keys?
Answer: There is a retrieval fee for keys returned to KeylessRide. This fee covers the shipping back the keys to you and for processing fees. This allows us to not have an annual fee and it also allows us to have a low purchase price for our customers, who may never lose their keys.

Question: Can I use this service if I live outside the U.S.?
Answer: The basic answer is no, unless you live in one of the U.S. territories.

Question: How does the reward incentive work?
Answer: The reward that is offered is a discount for one of our products and we also send out a free Boomerang™ key tag to the person sending the lost keys.
